7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience while protecting against misuse. Clear return and refund terms are considered essential best practice for ecommerce stores.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Refund Process

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
